Cassie is committed to equity, human dignity, and social inclusion, reflecting a deep awareness of how stigma and marginalization shape an individual’s life and sense of self. She believes every person deserves respect and the autonomy to define what flourishing looks like for them. Her work is grounded in the conviction that when one person rises, we all rise together.
Cassie’s background includes work with adults with severe mental illness and dual diagnosis in subacute and hospital-based settings. Additionally, she is shaped by professional experience in outpatient pediatric therapy for youth with neurodevelopmental conditions and sensory processing differences. She also brings lived experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person, which meaningfully informs her clinical perspective.
