experience in occupational therapy, she focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their full potential through meaningful occupations. Natalie’s approach emphasizes cultural competence, inclusivity, and evidence-based practices to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Natalie’s career spans various settings, including military service, inpatient rehabilitation, and academia. She has held leadership positions such as OTA Program Director at Keiser University and Clinical Director of Operations at PRN Rehab. As Clinical Operations Manager at Holistic Community Therapy, she oversees program development, compliance, and client service delivery. Natalie has also made significant contributions to the field through her work with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) as the first appointed and elected DEIJAB Chairperson and Board Director.
