Kiley (she/her) connects with clients with compassion and with a commitment to understanding. She uses a client centered approach focused on building upon strengths while considering the internal and external challenges a client faces. She enjoys collaborating with clients to help empower them to find solutions to lead purposeful and fulfilling lives. She is currently working on yoga teacher training and meditation teacher training and enjoys using mindfulness techniques to help clients cope with challenges and build self-awareness.

She is committed to understanding the ever-changing systems in society and is motivated to help others build inner resilience while living in a world with many challenges from external factors.
Experience
Kiley’s professional interests include working with clients with anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and chronic illness. Due to personal experience with autoimmune disease, Kiley understands the highly individualized nature of any health issue. She is sensitive to all factors that influence one’s overall health, and has insight into how physical, mental, financial, social, and spiritual factors all influence one another.
